Leadership Curriculum

After working with hundreds of young leaders as well as dozens of sales VP's I have established a curriculum from the most common challenges and areas of development. These courses are offered to individuals as well as groups and each course generally runs 1 hour, unless stated.

Course Types

Common Pitfalls and Mistakes CEO’s make when building a sales team

After working with dozens of companies at various early growth stages it became clear that there was a pattern of challenges they all faced, regardless of industry, location or size. This course is designed to share that knowledge in order to prevent the long-term complications these early mistakes can create.

Building scalable process

When companies are experiencing early fast growth and success, they often forge ahead without putting processes in place that can be used to recreate their success and scale. We will discuss how to prepare for the future and put scalable processes in place. This is a very tactical, action-oriented discussion that creates a strong foundation for growth.


Triage - Sales Coaching

There are plenty of books and resources out there that tell you that you should be coaching but very few if any tell you HOW to adequately coach your team to drive fast results. In this course, we will go through the call coaching method “Triage” and learn how to break down sales calls piece by piece until it turns into a masterpiece.

Getting the right people on your team is one of the most impactful things you can do. There is nothing worse than a bad hire, they suck up time, energy and resources. Hiring will never be perfect, but we can get much better at filtering out people who are not a good fit and identifying the ones who will make our jobs easier.  We will take a look at building strong success profiles, a hiring rubric and other hiring tools

Coaching your people is the most important thing you can do. However, practice doesn’t make perfect...perfect practice makes perfect. How to build a coaching culture from early days on to encourage growth of the entire team.

Setting clear expectations, tough conversations - Getting ahead of issues 

Conversations only become tough when we have let them fester. Learning to set and document clear expectations is the foundation for accountability within a team. Then if  we identify and address issues as they arise we eliminate the “Tough” part of our conversations. We will discuss why and how to get ahead of any issue or concern with your team.
